1. Time limits for tables: for 1-4 people duration is 2 hours; for 5-10 people duration is 3 hours, please select appropriate duration based on no. of guests. 2. Reservations are accepted on a rolling basis, if you are waiting longer for confirmation please be patient and/or contact the restaurant. Reservations are confirmed during restaurant business hours. 3. SMS/e-mail with reservation confirmation is a guarantee of a place in the restaurant. 4. We do not reserve specific tables - in case of table preferences, please include a comment in the comments section of the reservation. We will try to meet your request. 5. If you have special or individual reservation requests, please include them in the comments section of your reservation - we will do our best to meet your expectations. 6. We hold reservations for you for 15 minutes - please arrive on time. In case of possible late arrival, please inform us via the link in the that you have reveiced on e-mail or/and SMS. 7. If you wish to receive a VAT invoice - please add this information in your booking and inform the waiter before receiving a bill. 8. For reservations from 5 people we add service of 10% to the bill 9. Please select the HOTPOT/GRILL/HOTPOT + GRILL option. 10. For reservations of 8 or more people, the HOTPOT + BBQ option can be combined at no additional cost. For reservations of fewer than 8 people, this combination is available for an additional fee of PLN 100 added to the bill. Changes to the Number of Guests in a Reservation If there is any change to the number of guests in a reservation, please contact the restaurant in advance and inform us of the change. If the number of guests is changed without prior contact with the restaurant, we cannot guarantee that a table suitable for the updated number of guests will be available. In such a situation, guests may be asked to wait for the first available table suitable for the current number of guests. The reservation is valid for the number of guests specified when the reservation was made.
